Looking for one room mate. The apartment is in Wilson Road, Buffalo, NY xxxx1. The place is within walking distance from ECC North Campus. The apartment is in a quiet locality and has a spacious backyard. The common sharing area is the kitchen equipped with the kitchen utilities,a large refrigerator, dining table, a big leather couch. The actual rent asked from the land lord is $700. I am splitting it, paying $400 from my side and expect the room mate to pay the other 300 bucks. This includes the electricity, water, gas bills (which are taken care of by the land lord). The apartment has very high speed wifi. I am offering one empty room with a closet, rest all is a shared area with the bathroom. You need to bring your own bed and any other furnitures you would like in your room. The room is available after May 20th. I am staying here till the end of December xxxx.
